An Agenda to transform Cantabria into a land of opportunities  

The Cantabria Digital Agenda is a roadmap to transform and modernise Cantabria, to promote a change in the productive model and lay the foundations of a new economic paradigm for the region.

The goal is to provide a guide for the ordered, efficient and in-depth digital transformation of the region in order to maximise the impact of new digital technologies on economic growth, enhance the quality of life of citizens and to modernise public administration.

This strategic plan is the outcome of the participation and collaboration of the entire innovation ecosystem of Cantabria, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation of the Government of Cantabria.

The Cantabria Digital Agenda will mobilise global investment of 397 million euros until 2028 and will serve as a powerful tool in improving the life of citizens, attract investment and strategic projects and transform Cantabria into a model of technological development. A land of opportunities.

This document establishes both a strategic framework and an action plan with a time frame to the year 2028.

This Agenda has also been conceived as a living document, adaptable to rapid technological transformations and the changing needs of society.
