The objective of the Grandis project is to harness the entrepreneurial potential of women as a powerful driver to advance the dual digital and green transition.
Therefore, the challenge for public authorities is how to design a policy that can: reduce the gender gap, address the need for more women professionals in the fields of digital, green, and clean technology, and support the creation of favorable environments for startups and SMEs that promote the dual transition.

Actions
The GRANDIS learning process is organized into 3 interrelated chapters that include activities at both the interregional and regional levels.
1) Integrated methodological frameworks: Design of an Analysis and Exchange methodology that guides the partners.
2) Multi-stakeholder partnerships, institutional learning, and capacity building: All partners collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments (e.g., business development, environment and energy, gender issues, skills and training, human resources) and at different levels of responsibility.
3) Management and communication: GRANDIS conducts effective and efficient management and innovative communication activities that ensure the achievement of objectives, the involvement of key stakeholders, and the dissemination of results.
4) Monitoring the implementation of policy improvements and the territorial impact of female-led business initiatives linked to the dual transition.
