The I Self-Employment Support Plan of Cantabria is a roadmap of the actions to be implemented by the regional government in the coming years to promote the creation, sustainability, innovation and training of self-employed workers in the Autonomous Community.
The plan includes 50 measures offered by different public entities of Cantabria to support self-employment. These measures will be unified and made available for the first time on a single platform: www.autonomos.cantabria.es
This platform is designed to become a comprehensive information hub where self-employed workers of Cantabria will find all the resources offered by the Government of Cantabria in a clear and organised manner.
CONTENTS
The platform highlights the lines of support available to the self-employed according to the stage of their project: start-up, maintenance and growth, innovation, training and occupational health and safety.
Assistance programs can also be consulted by sector: commerce, industry, rural development, transport, culture and tourism as well as transversal assistance programs.
Each program includes a detailed file, providing all the key information: objectives, start and closing dates, documentation on regulations and calls, as well as a contact channel for the granting entity and a link for online applications to each program.
Additionally, users can subscribe to receive notifications on new calls for applications, deadlines, etc.
COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION HUB
The Virtual Office serves as a comprehensive information hub for the self-employed, and includes:
- A directory of rental spaces and coworking centres in the region.
- A list of training and professional development programs, offered in collaboration with other institutions.
- A map of support centres across the region.
- A contact directory of associations for the self-employed.
- And all relevant news and updates through a news section
The Virtual Office is directly linked to all granting entities and users can complete, sign and submit all the application forms for different administrative procedures in applying for assistance programs.
